Dear Students,

please be informed that in case of failing some course(s) in the previous semester(s) you need to submit the request for registration to next semester with ECTS credit deficit (maximum total deficit from all semesters: 15 ECTS).

It should be addressed to the Vice Dean (prof. Igor Wojnicki – Computer science, prof. Joanna Kwiecień – Automatics and Robotics).

The document should be submitted also in case of failing a course with 0 ECTS, like PE classes.

It can be left in the box, in front of room 29, B1 building, or you can send it as scan of a signed document (pdf) to jasuba@agh.edu.pl or drazny@agh.edu.pl from your student email account.

Deadline for submitting requests: 23rd of September

After positive decision of the Dean – student status for winter semester will be updated in USOS.

FEE PAYMENT deadlines:

fee payment for winter semester: 30th of September.

retake payment: 15th of October

Fee payments for students with polish citizenship should be made only after the fee charge is avaliable in USOSweb account.

Foreign students should make fee payments in EUR, according to guidelines in paragraph 5: https://www.eaiib.agh.edu.pl/foreign-students/

Retake payments for all students will be charged in PLN and added to USOS after submitting  requests for registration to next semester with ECTS credit deficit.
