Dear Students,
please be informed that in case of failing some course(s) in the previous semester(s) you need to submit the request for registration to next semester with ECTS credit deficit (maximum total admissible ECTS deficit from all semesters: 15 ECTS). It should be addressed to the Deputy Dean (prof. Edyta Kucharska). The document is to be found here: https://www.eaiib.agh.edu.pl/en/downloads/
The document should be submitted also in case of failing a course with 0 ECTS, like PE classes.
It can be left in the box, in front of room 29, B1 building, or you can send it as scan of a signed document (pdf) to jasuba@agh.edu.pl from your student email account.
Deadline for submitting the request: 22nd of February
Deadline for other requests: 26th of February
After positive decision of the Dean – student status for summer semester will be updated in USOS.
FEE PAYMENT deadlines:
fee payment for summer semester: 15th of March
retake payment: 15th of March
Fee payments for students with polish citizenship should be made only after the fee charge is avaliable in USOSweb account.
Foreign students should make fee payments in EUR, according to guidelines in paragraph 5: https://www.eaiib.agh.edu.pl/foreign-students/
Retake payments for all students will be charged in PLN and added to USOS after submitting requests for registration to next semester with ECTS credit deficit.
