FULL-TIME STUDIES OF I AND II DEGREE
EDUCATION
Education at the Faculty is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Bologna process, in the form of full-time and part-time, first- and second-cycle studies. The Faculty’s offer is also enriched by doctoral and postgraduate studies. One of the strategic goals at the Faculty is to maintain the highest level of educational quality and to develop the best possible position in the emerging European Higher Education Area, including the internationalization of education. The educational process and quality of education at the Faculty are supervised by the Faculty’s leadership.
The Education Quality Team, chaired by PhD Ryszard Klempka, Eng. Audit functions in the field of education are performed by the Faculty Audit Team for Didactics, chaired by Prof. Krzysztof Duda. An active role in both teams is played by representatives of students and doctoral students.
In the 2018 Perspektywy Educational Foundation ranking, two majors taught at the Faculty – Electrotechnics and Biomedical Engineering – received the maximum number of points and were designated as the best majors of their kind in Poland.
ACCREDITATIONS
In recognition of the high level of educational quality, the Polish Accreditation Commission issued a POSITIVE evaluation valid until the 2022/2023 academic year, and the Automatics and Robotics and Electrotechnics Engineering majors received an outstanding evaluation valid until the 2021/2022 academic year.
By the decision of the Presidium of KAUT, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering has been granted European accreditation for 5 years for the studies it conducts:
Electrotechnics I and II degree
Automatics and Robotics I and II degree
Biomedical Engineering I and II degrees
Microelectronics in Industry and Medicine I degree
